This page summarizes practical information regarding prices, payments, shipping, and deliveries. The full contractual terms are in the Terms and Conditions; in case of discrepancy, that document shall prevail.

Prices

All prices in the catalog are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price: they are calculated and shown in the cart before order confirmation.

The price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is placed, as indicated in the confirmation email.

Areas served

At the moment, we ship exclusively within Italy. International shipping is temporarily suspended.

Delivery times

Orders received by 2:00 PM on business days are processed on the same day; those received after are processed on the following business day. Delivery usually takes place within 24/48 business hours from processing.

Longer delivery times may occur for the islands, inland Apennine areas, and some remote locations. In any case, we deliver within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, as provided by the Terms and Conditions.

Shipping methods

When placing your order, we ask for your full address, phone number, and the details necessary for delivery. If you notice you have entered incorrect information, write to us immediately at info@vibryz.com: if the order has not yet been dispatched, we can correct it.

All orders are shipped in anonymous packaging, with no references to the contents.

Payments

Accepted payment methods are those listed on the checkout page. Transactions take place over an encrypted connection and are managed by payment service providers: full card details do not pass through our systems and are not stored by us.

Product availability

The availability indicated on the site is updated periodically, but it does not guarantee stock at the exact moment of the order. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you without delay, and you may choose between:

• a full refund of the corresponding amount, within 14 days of notification;
• a replacement with an equivalent item, when available.

Products

The products in the catalog comply with applicable European safety regulations. We invite you to read the instructions, warnings, and material information provided with the item and to use it according to its intended purpose. The information published on the site is for descriptive and commercial purposes and does not constitute medical advice: in case of allergies or specific health conditions, consult a doctor.

Transport damages

Pursuant to Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage remains our responsibility until the moment you physically receive the goods. If the package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us by writing to info@vibryz.com: we will handle the claim with the courier.

If the packaging shows obvious damage, we ask you, when possible, to take a photo of it before opening it. This is useful for speeding up the process, but it is not a condition for exercising your rights.

Warranty and returns

All products sold to consumers are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity from delivery, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. No clause in this page limits the rights granted to the consumer by law.
