PRICES
All prices indicated in the catalog are to be understood in Euro currency (€), VAT included, excluding transport and shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer according to the regulations and/or offers in force.
The amount due at the time of purchase is regularly indicated on each product sheet.
PRODUCTS
All the products in the catalog are CE certified and guaranteed safe and compliant with European legal provisions by the manufacturer.
AVAILABILITY
The purchase of only products physically present in stock and therefore available is permitted. In the event that a sale occurs in conjunction with a stock out, the customer will be promptly informed and in the event of a transaction being executed, the amount spent will be refunded in two ways depending on the customer's preferences:
- Bank credit
- Good shopping
PAYMENT METHOD
Electronic payment methods such as credit or debit card are accepted.
The possibility of paying with Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay is also provided
SHIPPING TIME
The shipping time throughout Italy is on average 48/72 hours, as the first 24 hours are used to process the request and fulfill the day's orders.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs throughout Italy are €9.90.
For orders whose price is higher than €50, shipping costs are paid by the seller.
Any shipping prices will be visible before checking out.
SHIPPING METHODS
The buyer must indicate all the required data such as telephone number, address and general data in the appropriate Check-Out form.
In the event that there are errors relating to such data it is necessary to communicate it to customer service.
Orders received will be processed immediately and delivered within 48/72. Any delays will be promptly communicated to the buyer.
RESPONSIBILITY
Vibryz.com is not responsible for products damaged during transport due to the negligence of the company responsible for delivery, any delays caused by the same, incorrect deliveries or goods not arriving at delivery. In such situations it is best to contact the designated transport company.
We invite our customers to check the product packaging and take photographs if there is any damage to the packaging before opening the package.
