Right of withdrawal

What this is
The right of withdrawal, or right of cancellation, allows you to terminate the purchase contract without having to explain why and without penalty, receiving a refund of what you paid. It applies to those who purchase as a consumer, i.e., for purposes unrelated to their professional activity.
How much time you have
14 days from the moment you, or a person you designate, physically receive the goods. If the order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14 days start from the last package received.
How to exercise it
Simply write to us at info@vibryz.com before the 14-day deadline, stating that you intend to withdraw. You do not need a special form: you can use the standard withdrawal form provided for in Annex I, Part B, of the Consumer Code, but it is not mandatory.
To speed up the process, please indicate:
- order number
- full name
- delivery address
- product in question
Returning goods
After notifying us of the withdrawal, you have another 14 days to ship the products back. The deadline is considered met if you hand them over to the courier by the expiry date. The costs of return are at your expense.
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning: you may examine the product as you would in a shop, but do not use it.
Refund
We will refund you within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. The refund includes the price of the products and the standard delivery costs you paid when ordering. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery method than the standard one, the difference remains at your expense.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof that you have shipped them. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no additional cost to you.
When withdrawal does not apply
Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Consumer Code, withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if the seal has been opened after delivery.
In our catalog, this exclusion specifically concerns products intended for contact with intimate parts of the body, as well as intimate lubricants and cosmetics. This applies when the hygiene seal of the product has been removed or tampered with.
Opening the shipping box or the packaging to look at the item does not cause you to lose your right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal is also excluded for products made to measure or personalized.
Damaged or non-delivered package
The risk of transport is ours until the moment you physically receive the goods (Art. 63 of the Consumer Code). If the package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, your contact point is us, not the courier: write to us at info@vibryz.com and we will take care of it.
If possible, we ask you to photograph the packaging before opening it when it shows visible damage: it helps us resolve the matter more quickly, but it is not a condition for exercising your rights.
Defective product
Withdrawal is one thing, a defect is another. All products sold to consumers are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity from delivery, with the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.
