Shipping policy

We ship to Italy and to 27 other European countries, listed below. We do not currently ship outside these countries, for example to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States.

SHIPPING COSTS

Italy: €4.90 on orders under €34.99. Free shipping from €34.99.

Europe 1 — Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain: €9.90 on orders under €50, €4.90 from €50.

For Spain and Portugal, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira are excluded.

Europe 2 — Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden: €14.90 on orders under €50, €9.90 from €50.

Europe 3 — Cyprus, Malta: €17.90 on orders under €50, €12.90 from €50.

The exact shipping cost is always shown in your cart before you confirm the order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed by 2:00 pm (Italian time) on a working day are processed the same day; later orders are processed the next working day.

Italy: delivery usually takes 24–48 working hours from processing. Remote areas and islands may take longer.

Europe 1: 3–5 working days.
Europe 2: 3–8 working days.
Europe 3: 5–8 working days.

In any case, we deliver within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.

DISCRETION

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to its contents. The sender name on the label does not reveal the type of product either. Your bank statement shows only "Vibryz".

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

We bear the risk of transport until you physically receive your goods. If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email info@vibryz.com and we'll take care of it.
