Payment method
You can pay using your preferred method among those enabled on our checkout:

The updated list of accepted methods is always visible on the payment page and at the bottom of the site.
Is it safe to pay on the site?
Yes. Transactions take place over an encrypted connection and are handled directly by the payment service providers. Your full card details do not pass through our systems and are not stored by us: we only receive the transaction result and the last digits of the instrument used.
When is the amount charged?
At the time the order is placed. If for any reason we cannot accept it, for example because an item is unavailable, we will refund you in full using the same payment method.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices in the catalog are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated separately and summarized in the cart before confirmation.
What appears on the bank statement?
The description of the charge does not contain references to the type of product purchased.
Can I get an invoice?
Certainly. Write to us at info@vibryz.com indicating your order number and billing information, including your tax code or VAT number.
How do refunds work?
Every refund is issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no additional cost. The terms and conditions are described on the Right of Withdrawal page.
